Job Summary
Finance Manager with responsibilities for supporting the firm’s pricing approval function, reviewing, validating, and approving fee proposals including discounts and non-standard terms (AFAs) to ensure financial soundness; develop data-driven KPIs and reporting to inform pricing policy and client strategy; partner with leadership to design workflows, escalation paths, and policies for an efficient, auditable approval process; collaborate across Conflicts, Technology, and Legal Project Management to streamline intake, approvals, documentation, and compliance tracking; conduct retrospectives on discounted engagements to drive improvement; safeguard highly sensitive financial information while enabling profitable growth. The role may offer a flexible schedule with hybrid and in-office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration, or related field, preferably an MBA
- A minimum of seven (7) years’ analytical experience in finance or related professional services environment
- A minimum of two (2) years’ leading projects and other initiatives
- Previous experience in a customer-focused position
- Previous experience in running revenue-related programs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects
- Strong financial modeling skills and project management skills
