Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with company strategy for large-scale construction and engineering projects. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Manage cash flow, working capital, project budgets, and cost control while ensuring strong financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Deliver timely financial reports. Requires 15–20 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or energy industries with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- GCC Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 15–20 years of progressive finance experience
- Proven experience working in large-scale companies with substantial budgets
- Experienced in construction, engineering, or energy industries
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost control, and financial reporting standards
- Experience managing large teams and financial systems
