Job Summary
Commercial Finance Manager to partner with the Head of Finance, lead trade spend budgets, forecast, and profitability analysis, provide P&L insights, drive annual/quarterly planning, and deliver actionable financial insights. Responsibilities include tracking budgets, developing dashboards for customer benefits, performing promotional deal analysis, SKU/margin analysis, Actual vs Forecast reviews, and overseeing AR and reporting improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, SOX controls experience, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership to develop direct reports in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- CPA with at least 8 years of commercial finance background
- Experience in CPG/toys/retail customer environments with trade spend
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle EPBCS, Tableau
- 3+ years of people leading experience
- Analytical capability with modelling and variance analysis
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions
- Experience with financial systems/reporting modernization and data governance mindset
- Collaborative with strong communication and relationship-building abilities
