Job Summary
Finance Manager to manage the financial transaction of the vehicle buying experience, work with lenders to obtain bank approvals, produce financial paperwork, advise staff on DMV laws, collaborate with the sales team to assist customers with financing options and warranties, build and maintain lender relationships, ensure timely submission of paperwork, and achieve monthly objectives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills and dealership management systems proficiency, plus a proven ability to build customer relationships and navigate regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Prior automotive sales consultant experience required; 1-3yrs
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or in a related field preferred
- MBA a plus!
- Track record of impeccable customer service ratings
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
