Job Summary
Own the Profit & Loss statement for the assigned business unit by monitoring revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and profitability. Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts to identify revenue enhancement and cost optimization opportunities. Monitor daily and long-term liquidity positions, forecast cash inflows and outflows, and ensure sufficient liquidity to support business operations. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, develop dashboards and KPIs, and present financial results to senior management. Evaluate ROI and financial impact of business initiatives while supporting pricing, margin, and profitability analysis. This role combines financial planning, profitability management, liquidity oversight, reporting, and cost analysis to support business growth. The Finance Manager will work within Coinspaid Solutions, a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partner roles
- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial statements
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Knowledge of liquidity and cash flow management
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
