Job Summary
Conduct financial planning and analysis to synthesize large datasets and produce concise outputs for leadership decisions. Aid in reporting frameworks by defining key metrics and performing intraperiod forecasting with clear variance analysis across actuals, plan, and forecast. Partner cross-functionally with Category Finance, Merchandising, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on business drivers and support strategic planning. Build and enhance financial models to improve accuracy and process efficiency through standardization and automation. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining analytical rigor and clear communication of underlying drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and forecasting processes
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience working with large datasets
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to connect drivers to outcomes
- Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines / prioritize changing workloads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial insights
