Job Summary
Finance Manager to secure and finalize all F&I transactions with accuracy and efficiency, maintain clean CIT and properly funded deals, present financing options and protection packages with transparency, and nurture lender relationships. Collaborates with Sales and Management to ensure a seamless customer journey, monitors deal flow and funding timelines, maintains contract integrity, drives high PVR while upholding ethical, customer-first standards. Austin-area dealership offering full benefits and a path to growth within a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience
- Proven track record of running clean CIT and maintaining exceptional funding timelines
- Strong understanding of financing structures, lender programs, and compliance requirements
- High-level professionalism, communication skills, and customer service background
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- CDK/Darwin/RouteOne experience a must
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
