Job Summary
Prepare timely and reliable financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and regulatory reports. Manage the disbursement function in accordance with cash flow objectives and lead the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets. Maintain policies to ensure sound financial management, audit compliance, and proper fund disbursement. Provide financial projections and analyses to support operational and business plans while managing the company's tax liability. Supervise staff by coaching, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving problems. Requires full professional accounting qualification and three years of relevant management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Full professional accounting qualification i.e. ACCA, CA, ICMA
- three (3) years relevant post qualification experience in a management or supervisory role
- Proven experience in finance management
- Experience in a relevant role
