Job Summary
Lead trust accounting operations across Cadex's seven divisions, managing trust funds, invoicing clients for collection services, and reconciling bank accounts and general ledger activities. Provide high-level client service to top accounts, supervise trust accountants, develop and enforce internal controls, and collaborate with divisional leadership to optimize processes. This onsite, full-time leadership role located in Buffalo, NY requires strong Excel/NetSuite proficiency, analytical problem-solving, and effective cross-functional communication to ensure accurate remittance and timely client invoicing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of science or similar degree
- 5 years of experience working as a senior accountant or business analyst
- People management experience
