Job Summary
Finance Manager (Budget and Performance Management) in Dubai leads monthly financial reporting for Wasl and managed units, coordinates budgeting across departments, oversees FP&A initiatives including new tools (SAP SAC), and manages a three-person team to deliver high-quality, timely reporting and analysis (10-year cash flow projections, 5-year plans, ad-hoc forecasts). Core responsibilities include consolidation of budgets, presenting to senior management, ensuring accuracy of SAP/SAC data, and driving automation and improvements in reporting for Hospitality, Golf, and Real Estate operations. Required skills include advanced Excel, SAP/SAC experience, strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, and a professional accounting qualification alongside a Bachelor’s degree.
