Job Summary
Finance Manager role in a tire manufacturing environment focused on leading the finance team, ensuring compliant and transparent financial processes, delivering accurate reporting to local authorities and HQ, and providing insights for business decisions. Responsibilities include supervising accounting, preparing monthly forecasts, budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls, audits, process improvements, and collaboration with senior stakeholders across functions. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, several years of finance experience (manufacturing preferred), leadership experience, strong finance knowledge, ERP (SAP) familiarity, advanced Excel skills, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Several years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- Advanced Excel and data handling skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
