Job Summary
Manage daily unit sales quotas and gross objectives by producing monthly vehicle projections and establishing forecasts for the 90-day sales period. Sell finance, insurance, extended warranties, and aftermarket items to customers while handling rate quotations and verifying paperwork for titles, liens, and taxes. Meet with sales staff to review results and conduct sales meetings, facilitating pre-delivery with the Service Manager and providing on-the-job training. Establish relationships with factory and other finance sources to submit and obtain approvals on all deals. Log sales income, verify insurance with customer agents, and obtain deposits. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents immediately to a supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Degree or commensurate experience in finance
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Previous professional sales experience
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
