Job Summary
Finance / Sales Manager at Beverly Hills BMW responsible for meeting unit sales quotas and gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis; generate additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products; manage relationships with finance sources; forecast vehicle requirements and departmental profits; conduct meetings and provide on-the-job training for sales staff; handle rate quotations and ensure accurate paperwork (titles, liens, taxes); promote Extended Warranties and aftermarket items; uphold safety policies and pass pre-employment checks.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Automotive F&I Manager experience is required
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Degree or commensurate experience in finance
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Excellent communication skills
