Job Summary
Lead financial processes for Benelux entities by managing financial accounting, internal and external reporting, and the planning and control cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Direct a team of five with a facilitative leadership style while driving process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and supporting the transition to a data-driven organization. Coordinate with the Leadership Team to shape organizational growth, develop business cases, and monitor KPIs, performance, and capacity. Full-time role (38 hours/week) reporting to the Managing Director. Requires an HBO degree, five years of international leadership experience, and proficiency in ERP systems and PowerBI. Required Qualifications
- HBO opleiding
- minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een internationale of beursgenoteerde organisatie
- goede kennis van financiële verslaglegging, zowel binnen Benelux als internationaal
- ruime ervaring met financiële systemen, zoals Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen
- kennis van PowerBI
- uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
- natural leader
- gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkmentaliteit
- sterk analytisch denkvermogen
- proactief en oplossingsgericht
- drijvende kracht in het vinden van AI-toepassingen binnen Finance
- fulltime beschikbaar
- 38 uur per week
