Job Summary
The Finance Manager coordinates all activities regarding finance and insurance for customers, including helping customers obtain financing, preparing documents, and selling extended service contracts and protection products. Responsibilities include offering vehicle financing and insurance, presenting financing options and aftermarket products, coordinating with lenders to secure financing per laws, preparing state and federal documents, maintaining lender relationships, ensuring compliance with laws, coordinating with Sales on financing/lease programs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving profitability. The ideal candidate has a Finance-related degree and 3+ years of finance and insurance experience, with strong communication, sales aptitude, a professional appearance, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service. The role involves processing finance transactions, ensuring timely funding, and maintaining high client satisfaction; bilingual ability is a plus.
