Job Summary
Present and structure financing options that align customer needs with dealership profitability; build and maintain strong relationships with national and local lending partners; maximize finance income through compliant product offerings (VSC, GAP, insurance, etc.); ensure accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations; partner closely with Sales to deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience; contribute directly to dealership performance, CSI, and long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive finance
- Deep understanding of automotive lending, credit profiles, and finance products
- Strong deal-closing ability with ethical, customer-first communication
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
