Attain and gross production of financial services goals by making extended service contracts and protection programs available to customers using the menu selling process. Ensure necessary documentation for each deal is complete via a deal checklist and maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Work closely with the sales team, follow all processes, and ensure organizational activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents while acting as the liaison between the customer and the lending institution. Reinforce company policies, adhere to reporting requirements, and attend weekly manager meetings.
