Oversee financing operations for the dealership: drive financial services production, present extended service contracts and protection programs, guide customers through financing processes, ensure completeness of financing documents, coordinate with lending institutions, maintain customer satisfaction scores, collaborate with the sales team, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and attend weekly manager meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Finance Manager experience
- Documented $1800+ PVR and 200% Product penetration producer
- Experience with Docupad or similar a plus
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful
- Bilingual is a plus
- 3 current references (exclude friend or family)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
