Job Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee Financial Operations, focusing on payroll, billing, and Accounts Receivable. This highly competitive position offers opportunities for internal advancement and involvement in a fast-growing staffing agency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field experience
- 3 - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 1+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Expertise in payroll funding, multi-state tax compliance, and high-volume AR/AP
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a Staffing agency (Asset)
- Experience with factoring companies preferred
- Proficiency in accounting/payroll systems (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, ADP, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Well-versed in working in high-pressure environments with attention to detail
- Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize your day
