Job Summary
Lead all aspects of planning and reporting for APEX SG&A, including Plan, LBE, and LRP processes. Manage month-end close activities such as business unit allocations, reclass entries, and landing estimates while delivering financial analysis and presentations to support management decision-making. Collaborate with business partners to capture forecast adjustments and identify trends, drivers, and variances to address risks and opportunities. Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed. Requires 7+ years of progressive finance experience, strong SAP and Power BI proficiency, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. This role provides financial leadership for the APEX organization within US Strategic operations.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years progressive accounting or finance experience
- Strong understanding of Company financial planning processes
- Solid understanding of automated accounting systems such SAP and BPC
- Ability to solve business problems through the proactive identification of issues and subsequent collection, analysis, and interpretation of related data
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- US & Puerto Rico only
Desired Qualifications
- MBA/CPA
- Skillful with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working independently as well as team environments and integrating activities across multiple functions / divisions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
