Job Summary
Finance Manager to oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and data integrity for partner financial information in SEA markets, with responsibility for invoicing, payments, and billing processes; primary contact for partners in new markets including Mexico and Colombia; collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing/payments issues; analyze invoicing data to improve accuracy in financial reporting; manage partner credit limits and prepayment arrangements; remote-first organization with teams around the globe, including Vietnam, Indonesia, and Berlin HQ; required experience includes 6 years in financial operations/payment processing and proficiency with Excel/Sheets and SQL/PostgreSQL; knowledge of MRFS, NIF, IFRS, and ERP systems (DATEV/NetSuite/Xero/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus; strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced travel-tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of focus on financial operations and payment processing
- Foundational understanding of accounting principles, familiarity with MRFS, NIF and IFRS
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Familiar with SQL and PostgreSQL
Desired Qualifications
- You have knowledge of Payment Service Providers.
- You have a good understanding of financial controlling processes.
- You have experience with ERP systems, such as DATEV, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- You are proficient in Business Spanish, which would be a big plus.
