Job Summary
Lead the finance and insurance process at AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert by guiding customers from sales to finance, determining customer financing needs, presenting a fully transparent pricing menu, and processing finance transactions with 100% compliance. Build relationships to create referrals, achieve targeted sales goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while leveraging automotive finance products and knowledge of state/federal regulations. Key duties include initiating credit decisions, submitting deals to lenders for approval, bridging disconnects in the sales process, and ensuring timely administrative processes. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work with technology; prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
