Job Summary
Lead the integration of the Colombia entity into the global ERP system, managing implementation, testing, adoption, and alignment with global accounting policies. Oversee finance operations in Barranquilla and Medellín, ensuring regular on-site presence and compliance with Colombian regulations, including guest deposit handling. Partner with HQ leadership to drive timelines, deliver accurate financial reporting and variance analysis, and support budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Provide oversight of vessel and shoreside operations analysis, review P&L performance, and identify risks through KPI monitoring. Mentor team members and build strong partnerships to ensure consistent processes and strategic decision-ready insights across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly within Colombia, including Barranquilla and Medellín
Desired Qualifications
- FP&A experience
- Experience supporting or leading ERP implementations (NetSuite)
- Hospitality, travel, or complex operational environment experience
- Familiarity with Colombian financial regulations, including guest deposit handling
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience working across regions and with centralized HQ teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable
