Job Summary
Oversee financial health by managing planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow, and compliance. Prepare forecasts, financial plans, and performance reports for stakeholders to support strategic decisions on property development and asset management. Evaluate investment opportunities through modeling, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis while supporting capital raising and asset valuation. Track project costs, manage audits with external auditors and regulators, and optimize returns via cost control and refinancing. Ensure accurate bookkeeping, vendor payments, and adherence to accounting standards. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; 5–7 years experience preferred with real estate background.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years experience in finance or accounting
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of real estate financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA)
- Prior experience in real estate or construction
