Job Summary
Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting (general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations), ensure timely month-end/year-end closing, lead statutory/tax audits, GST/TDS filings, and strengthen internal controls under Indian GAAP/IFRS. Role includes treasury management, budgeting/forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Automate and enhance accounting workflows using ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books or similar), maintain audit trails, and present financial statements to senior leadership. Requires 3–4 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in India, strong analytical skills, and ability to work with ERP and financial-modelling tools. Preferred qualifications include CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance); strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, GST, TDS and corporate tax laws; ability to manage banking relationships and risk mitigation. Compensation range ₹16–20 LPA with relocation assistance and travel stipend, and a schedule of Monday-Friday in first and third weeks, Monday-Saturday in other weeks.
Required Qualifications
