Finance Manager: Admin & Accounting

Job Summary
Own all accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, and General Ledger, ensuring accurate monthly and year-end closes with P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Oversee multi-currency transactions, financial consolidation across Spain and US entities, and bank reconciliations while partnering with the CFO on FP&A, variance analysis, and board reporting. Spearhead ERP implementation, define accounting processes, and drive automation of administrative workflows. Liaise with HR and external tax/legal advisors to ensure compliance, manage payroll execution, and lead the annual external audit. Design the team's growth roadmap, hire and mentor junior finance members, and build financial policies to ensure audit-readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9 years in finance/accounting
- experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or VC-backed scale-up
- Big 4 background
- Proven month-end close ownership
