Finance Manager

Job Summary
Manage the overall financial operations of the hotel including accounting, reporting, and financial controls. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, forecasts, and annual budgets while monitoring cash flow, cost control, and revenue performance to support operational profitability. Ensure compliance with Accor financial policies, internal audit standards, and statutory regulations by coordinating internal and external audits and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making regarding business performance and profitability. Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads the finance team while ensuring adherence to financial procedures and timely tax filings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ICAN, ACCA, or an internationally recognized equivalent professional certification
- 5–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality, service, or corporate environments
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and internal audit processes
- Proficiency in accounting systems and financial management tools
- Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
