Job Summary
Finance Manager on a six-month maximum-term contract in Sydney leading technical accounting across complex accounting and reporting matters, preparing and reviewing technical accounting papers, supporting month-end consolidation and statutory reporting, driving automation and process-improvement initiatives, partnering with Finance, Operations and Digital & Technology teams to improve reporting outcomes, managing stakeholder relationships including auditors and investors, and leading a team of finance professionals. Requires CA or CPA qualification, extensive financial accounting and reporting experience, strong technical accounting knowledge (Australian standards), and demonstrated leadership.
Required Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualification
- Extensive experience in financial accounting, financial reporting and month-end close processes
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including Australian Accounting Standards and corporate reporting requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including developing and mentoring finance team members
