Job Summary
Manage financial budgeting and forecasting, close, and ad-hoc analysis while serving as a value-added business partner to stakeholders. Develop and deliver insightful reporting for senior leadership, standardize financial planning processes, and drive continuous improvement to reduce non-value-added work. Partner with the accounting team for quarter-end close reporting and assist in project-based initiatives to enhance operating efficiencies. This role reports to the Finance Director of Corporate Functions within the Facilities Team. Candidates must possess 7+ years of FP&A experience, strong financial modeling skills, and proficiency in systems like SAP and Anaplan. The position requires a hybrid schedule with 3+ days per week onsite in Austin, TX, with a base pay range of $130,000 - $150,000.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive financial planning & analysis and management experience
- Experienced finance professional with FP&A expertise, and progressively increasing responsibilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility with business leaders
- Track record of collaborating and influencing partners across the organization
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP and Anaplan or equivalent
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced and deadline orientated environment
- Strong financial modelling capability, highly proficient in Excel, and financial planning systems
- Excellent decision-making skills, ability to identify, prioritize and articulate the highest impact initiatives
- Effective communication skills to communicate with senior executives and internal business partners
- Dedicated to working our Hybrid Model with 3+ days per week onsite at our Austin, TX office
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a Facilities team is a plus
