Job Summary
Execute complex analysis and reconciliation to form components of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across multiple entities. Oversee the robust financial close process while ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout all stages. Prepare findings and recommendations for presentation to internal and external stakeholders. Uphold professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements. Mentor engagement team members by sharing expertise and feedback to foster a collaborative environment. This newly created role reflects PwC Canada's commitment to growth and delivering distinctive value for clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Hands on experience in accounting or finance
- Strong track record in financial reporting and/or management accounting
- Knowledge of and experience in end-to-end accounting process
- Experience in presenting findings and results to stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations, both written and verbally
- Experience with cloud accounting software
- Proficiency in digital and/or data analysis tools
- Experience in presenting findings and results to stakeholders, both internally and externally

Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing your Canadian CPA or other accounting designation is an asset
- Experience with cloud accounting software is considered an asset
