Job Summary
Review customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements. Contact customers via phone and email to assist them with financial matters. Develop leadership skills to help guide team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with internal and external teams. This three-year rotation program includes placements in Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Credit, with mentoring from senior leaders leading to a leadership role upon completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Major in Finance or Accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- All positions are on-site
