Job Summary
Conduct a real-world, strategic business project for Pentair's Leadership Development Internship Program, presenting objectives, processes, and results to leadership by August 2027. Collaborate with experienced professionals and fellow interns in a 12-week cohort featuring mentorship, executive speaker sessions, a team case competition, and the Intern Summit. Work approximately 40 hours weekly at $28.00/hour with two start dates in May or June 2027, supported by relocation assistance. Contribute to Pentair's mission of sustainable water solutions while developing skills for a potential full-time Finance Leadership Development role.
Required Qualifications
- Be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited university
- Be enrolled as a junior undergraduate
- Have a strong interest in pursuing Pentair's full-time Finance Leadership Development Program upon graduation
- Willing to relocate and work in locations throughout the United States while in Pentair's Leadership Development Program
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
