Required Qualifications
- At least 12 years of advancing experience within engineering or finance, working closely with hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain organizations
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Superior proficiency in financial modeling (Google Sheets super-user) with a history of architecting zero-to-one frameworks for COGS, BOM, and production workflows
- Robust business acumen and the talent to distill intricate technical roadmaps into polished, board-ready narratives and financial insights
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with engineering teams and highly technical stakeholders
- A relentless drive for operational efficiency, with an emphasis on automation and the integration of modern AI tools to modernize financial reporting
