Job Summary
Oversee the quality and continuity of financial service delivery within PAM, leading Property Administrators, Crediteurenadministrateurs, and Servicekostenmedewerkers. Drive strategic sparring with account managers and the PAM management board while ensuring timely, accurate reporting and service cost calculations. Initiate process improvements and digitalization projects, maintaining governance, internal controls, and risk management standards. Act as the financial partner for clients and account managers, fostering team development through hands-on coaching and change management. Report hierarchically to the Director in a full-time role in Rotterdam, offering 26 vacation days and a pension scheme.
Required Qualifications
- HBO+/WO werk- en denkniveau
- Ruime ervaring met financiële administraties en rapportages
- Ervaring met leidinggeven en het begeleiden van teams in ontwikkeling
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om te schakelen tussen operatie en management
Desired Qualifications
