Job Summary
Drive operational rigor across Global C&P Enterprise by owning the annual planning process and establishing flawless forecasting, reporting, and strategic project cadences. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales ops, marketing ops, and product leaders to ensure strategic alignment and develop critical documentation for team enablement. Develop and standardize metrics across GTM finance while breaking down complex business activities into simple frameworks backed by data and subject matter expert input. Communicate insights, plans, and recommendations to senior management through newsletters and meeting recaps to hold teams accountable. Establish clear communication strategies to facilitate alignment and visibility across all field functions and organizational levels.

- Proven experience (8+ years) in your ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, conquer roadblocks, prioritize, and implement
