Job Summary
Finance Lead responsible for end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling; lead business partner with cross-functional teams, own financial modeling and contract reviews, and drive data ownership and process improvements to scale finance. Role includes running monthly business reviews with senior leadership, managing regulatory/compliance tasks, partnering with data teams to improve finance tooling, and developing the finance function within a growing SaaS company. Strong emphasis on translating complex financial outputs into actionable recommendations and shaping senior leadership decisions; prior SaaS or scale-up experience is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Strong financial modeler
- Solid accounting and financial reporting foundation
- Experience shaping senior leadership financial decisions
- Fluency with SaaS metrics (ARR, renewals, churn, CAC, LTV)
- Experience with finance transformation or system redesign
- Knowledge of tax, insurance, and statutory reporting
