Job Summary
Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy aligned with business priorities, partnering with executive leadership to define goals, KPIs, and capital allocation plans. Oversee treasury, investments, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise-wide reporting, including cash flow planning, working capital management, and debt arrangements. Conduct financial modeling for investments and project financing, perform sensitivity analyses and DCF valuations, and deliver accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports using Excel and Power BI. Ensure adherence to IFRS, tax regulations, and local financial laws while managing compliance for contracts, billing, and milestone reporting. Mentor finance staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and streamline financial processes to promote automation and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, consulting, project finance, treasury, or investment management
- Proven experience in private-sector financial management, financial modeling, and investment analysis
- Strong track record of leading finance teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Financial Modeling: DCF, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, project finance modeling
- ERP & Accounting Systems: Zoho, QuickBooks, other enterprise financial systems
- Ability to manage complex financial data and translate into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
