Job Summary
Finance Lead is a hands-on finance leadership role owning core financial processes (month-end and reporting) while delivering key financial initiatives across the group. The role balances BAU accountability with project delivery, driving improvements in financial operations and controls. It requires influencing stakeholders without direct line management, taking ownership of scoping through execution, and embedding sustainable improvements. The ideal candidate should apply strong financial insight to projects, maintain timely and accurate month-end outputs, and be comfortable working without a direct team while delivering through collaboration across the business.
