Participate in an intensive one-year program featuring in-classroom skill development, personalized coaching, and mentorship from YUPRO Placement. Secure access to internships or job placement opportunities at leading organizations like Bank of America, Exelon Corporation, and JP Morgan Chase in the Wilmington area. Receive an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. Maintain availability Monday through Friday throughout the program duration.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
