Job Summary
Finance Intern needed to support the payments process by identifying delays and issues, providing user support, and tracking incidents as a liaison between users and internal teams. Contribute to performance monitoring and automation of reports (Power BI) to improve visibility and decision-making. Key responsibilities include identifying delays and issues in the payments process, supporting users to resolve problems quickly, following up on incidents as the point of contact between users and teams (CG / UL), monitoring payment times and process compliance, and assisting in creating and maintaining dashboards with key indicators (issues, users, payments, trends).
Required Qualifications
- Estudiante activo(a) de Carreras financieras, administrativas y afines
- Alta capacidad de aprendizaje y curiosidad por desarrollarse
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo en entornos colaborativos
- Actitud proactiva y enfoque de “hacer que las cosas pasen”
- Conocimientos avanzados de Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (PBI)
- Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo
- Atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y priorizar
- Nivel de inglés intermedio
