Job Summary
Role overview as a Finance Intern, gaining hands-on experience across financial planning & analysis, financial control, and reporting. Support FP&A and Financial Control & Reporting teams with monthly management reports, variance analysis, month-end and year-end closing activities (reconciliations and journal entries), preparation/review of financial statements and regulatory reports, and participation in budgeting/forecast cycles with data consolidation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, contribute to process improvements in planning and reporting, and perform ad hoc analyses to support the finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables); PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial modelling, financial systems, or data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn across both planning and control functions.
