Job Summary
Support the Site Controller by performing various accounting requirements, including month-end closing activities, routine journal entry support, and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare miscellaneous NRE invoicing, ad-hoc reporting, and audit materials while assisting with updates to the Rebillable & Tariff Processes. Create reports and analysis tools as required by management and attend cross-functional meetings to support departmental objectives. This role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree with courses done in Accounting and/or Finance, or equivalent working experience
- Experience in using Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrates organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
- Sound written and oral communication skills; must be able to write and understand routine reports, follow oral and written instructions, and speak effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and work with diverse groups of people
- Must have knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment and be familiar with commonly used email, Internet, word processing, databases and spreadsheets
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and materials
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
