Job Summary
Finance & Insurance Manager responsible for structuring dealership financing to maximize profitability, presenting add-on products, ensuring compliance with title laws and registration processes, submitting deals to lenders, making credit decisions, and delivering fully funded, compliant contracts. Role requires proficiency with deal desks, post-sale deal audits, timely funding of contracts, and the ability to maintain certifications and strong customer satisfaction while supporting a family-owned dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Professional personal appearance & communication skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
