Job Summary
Work with lenders to secure financing solutions that align with each customer's situation and complete lease and finance paperwork accurately and efficiently. Present warranty, insurance, and protection options in a clear and informative way while supporting the sales team by keeping them informed on financing programs. Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and well organized. This role involves reviewing credit and explaining financing options to customers, requiring a customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. Located in Gander, NL, the position supports Steele Auto Group's mission of building long-term relationships through the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or finance
- A customer-focused approach
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort reviewing credit
- Ability to explain financing options to customers
- Understanding of different lending types including prime and subprime
