Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration. Track portfolio with lenders and review the department's paperwork daily to ensure timely turnaround on all deals. Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department by working closely with them on enforcement of proper selling methods while maintaining professional ethics and customer service standards. Set and maintain the finance department work schedule. This role supports a family-owned business serving West Texas, Eastern New Mexico, and the Texas Panhandle for 40 years, offering a legacy of excellence and a clear promotion track.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license
