Oversee the automotive finance department at Malloy Chevrolet of Charlottesville, developing a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize profitability and product penetration, tracking lender portfolios, inspecting daily paperwork flow to ensure timely deal turnaround, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the sales team to uphold professional ethics and superior customer service while maintaining the department schedule and supporting sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior automotive Finance & Insurance Manager experience required
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
- Routeone experience a plus
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
