Finance Grants Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the financial operations of all grant programs, including preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, budget variance reports, and managing month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and grant requirements while supervising accounting staff and providing leadership and guidance. Collaborate with department leaders to support financial planning and organizational goals, assist with annual audits, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. This leadership role focuses on supporting the organization's overall financial strategy within Community Health Northwest Florida's mission of improving community health.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of four years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger functions
- Experience preparing financial statements and working with audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in Finance and Accounting within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
