Job Summary
Support end-to-end billing, accounts receivable, and vendor payment processes across Order to Cash, Procurement to Payment, and Revenue Recognition functions. Monitor receivables, reconcile month-end activities, and prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and project performance analysis to identify risks and drive commercial decisions. Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, process standardization, and cross-functional projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, and China.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Fresh graduates
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly
