Job Summary
Lead development, configuration, and implementation of core D365FO finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Management. Coordinate solution delivery for projects managed by internal and external partners, validate configurations, and support cutover and data migration initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Global ERP group to resolve business-critical issues, improve reporting capabilities, and counsel on process optimization and environmental strategy development. Ensure adherence to global standards, regulations, and audit processes while performing finance reconciliations and period-end close activities. As the first hire for the new Europe team, craft the future of finance solutions for complex gaming industry scenarios. Full-time role with no travel expectations; no visa sponsorship available. Required Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of D365FO Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Management
- Deep understanding of financial processes in a manufacturing or gaming environment
- Knowledge of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting
- Familiarity with taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit processes
- Capability to perform finance reconciliations and period-end close activities within D365FO
- Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, and BI requirements
- Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle D365FO Finance implementations as a functional consultant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to engage effectively with finance collaborators and leadership, showcasing adept people management skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
