Job Summary
Sell and promote bancassurance products by performing prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects. Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers and build business relationships to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities. Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers. Must not be less than 21 years old with a fresh Diploma or Degree; experience in sales and Telemarketing is an added advantage. Mandarin speakers are encouraged to apply. Basic salary ranges from RM2300 to RM10,000 with commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives, plus yearly incentive trips and performance bonuses.
